We drove the Skyline Drive just about the entire length on our way through Virginia. Beautiful vistas and a dynamic sky provided the perfect day to take it all in.
I shot KODAK DOUBLE-X black and white film as well as PORTRA medium format film.
There was this dead tree at one of the overlooks and I immediately knew it would look terrific on Double-X. The contrast and the grain play into its texture and shape so well.
The detail on the Double-X is wonderful.
