Lake Crescent - Olympic National Park

Lake Crescent - Olympic National Park

Lake Crescent is known for its other-worldly blue water and features a bunch of interesting places to stop and take in the beauty of the park.

We first stopped off at East Beach.

The water was freezing but there were a few brave souls.

We then made our way on to Log Cabin Resort for a pit stop.

We then hopped on the Spruce Railroad trail.

The trail is paved and because it's an old railway bed the grade is very manageable.

You eventually come to this awesome tunnel which isn't too long, but has a curve so you enter into darkness without being able to see the end.

The blue green water was incredible. This photo doesn't do it justice.
